Sound Kit Licensing
Sound kits (drum kits, MIDI kits, preset banks, one-shots, loops & samples) come with their own simplified license:

- ❌ Cannot resell the kit or its contents
- ❌ Cannot redistribute samples in other sample packs

Free Downloads License
Free downloads are released under the Basic License with these terms:
- Email capture required to download
- Same usage rights as Basic License purchases
- Must credit "Prod. by RRRELATED" in any release
- Up to 10,000 distribution copies

What You CAN Do
- Release music commercially on Spotify, Apple Music, and all major platforms
- Perform the song live at concerts and events
- Monetize YouTube videos featuring the beat (within license limits)
- Use the beat in mixtapes, EPs, and full albums
- Modify the beat's structure, add hooks, change arrangements
What You CANNOT Do
- Sell, lease, or re-license the beat to other artists
- Claim full ownership of the beat (Basic & Premium only)
- Use the beat in advertisements without written permission
- Sample the beat for resale in other beat productions
- Share or redistribute the original purchased files
- Remove or alter the producer credit (Basic & Premium)
License Activation & Delivery
Your license becomes active immediately upon successful payment through Payhip. Download links are provided on the Payhip confirmation page and sent to your email automatically.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a product has been downloaded, refunds cannot be issued. If you experience technical issues or receive a corrupted file, contact us within 7 days for assistance or a replacement.
