1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RRRELATED ("the Website", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of RRRELATED.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RRRELATED. By using our site, you represent that:

• You are at least 13 years old (or have parental consent if under 18)
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You will use the site in compliance with applicable laws

3. Account Registration

To purchase products, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Take responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Product Purchases & Licensing

4.1 License Agreement

All product purchases are subject to our licensing agreements. Beats and sound kits are licensed, not sold — meaning you receive specific usage rights based on your selected license. See our Licensing Page for details.

4.2 Producer Credit

For Basic and Premium licenses, you must credit "Prod. by RRRELATED" in your song description, video credits, and metadata. For Exclusive licenses, producer credit is optional.

4.3 Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded. Contact bankikyle@gmail.com for technical issues within 7 days of purchase.

4.4 Ownership

RRRELATED retains full copyright ownership of all beats and kits unless an Exclusive License is purchased. Basic and Premium licenses grant limited usage rights only.

5. Sound Kit Specific Terms

Sound kits are bundles of audio samples, MIDI files, presets, or one-shots. By purchasing a kit:

• You receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the sounds in your productions
• You may use the sounds in commercial releases without paying royalties
• You may NOT resell the kit or its contents in any form
• You may NOT redistribute individual samples as part of another sample pack
• Producer credit is appreciated but not required for kit usage in your tracks

6. Free Downloads

Free downloads are released under our Basic License. By downloading free content, you:

• Agree to provide a valid email address for download access
• Accept the same license terms as paid Basic License purchases
• Must credit "Prod. by RRRELATED" in any release
• May optionally subscribe to our newsletter (opt-in, unsubscribe anytime)

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell beats/kits without proper licensing
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Transmit unsolicited advertising, spam, or malware
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use products for hate speech, harassment, or illegal content
• Use products for pornographic content (unless explicitly licensed)
• Use products for political propaganda without permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content on RRRELATED — including beats, kits, logos, graphics, text, and code — is the property of RRRELATED and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in USD by default and converted to your selected currency
• Currency conversion rates are approximate and updated regularly
• Payments are processed securely by Payhip
• You authorize the charge to your selected payment method
• Taxes may apply based on your location

10. User Content

When you submit content (contact forms, reviews), you grant RRRELATED a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and store that content for legitimate business purposes. You retain ownership of your submissions.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

RRRELATED is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. See our full Disclaimer page.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RRRELATED harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms, your use of products outside the granted license, or your infringement of third-party rights.

13. Privacy & Cookies

Your use of RRRELATED is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the website ceases immediately, but previously purchased licenses remain valid (subject to license terms).

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we do:

• The "Last Revised" date will be updated
• Registered users will be notified by email
• A banner notification will appear on the site
• You may be asked to re-accept the new terms

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
